The Collective NP Academy

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Collective NP Academy website, courses, and educational products, including but not limited to the PMHNP Board Review (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, enrolling in, or using any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.



1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.



2. Educational Purpose Only

All Services are provided solely for educational and exam-preparation purposes. Content does not constitute medical advice, clinical supervision, legal advice, or professional consultation. Participation in any course does not establish a provider–patient relationship, supervisory relationship, or consulting relationship.



3. No Affiliation or Guarantee

The Collective NP Academy is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the American Nurses Association (ANA), or any other certifying body. Certification outcomes depend on multiple factors, and no guarantee of passing any examination is made.



4. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The Services are intended for licensed nurses, nurse practitioner students, and healthcare professionals.



5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.



6. Payment and Access

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and must be paid in full prior to access. Access duration is as specified at the time of purchase. The Collective NP Academy reserves the right to modify pricing and access terms at any time.



7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Services and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase.



8. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, slides, quizzes, written materials, and downloadable resources, is the exclusive intellectual property of The Collective NP Academy. Unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, resale, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.



13. Termination

The Collective NP Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or conduct that is unlawful, unethical, or disruptive.



14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which The Collective NP Academy is registered.



15. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
