At The Collective NP Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality education, certification preparation, and mentorship experiences for Nurse Practitioners. Because our programs include immediate access to proprietary digital materials and limited-enrollment mentorship opportunities, the following refund policy applies.
Please review this policy carefully before enrolling.
Digital & Self-Paced Programs
(Including PMHNP Board Prep, FNP Board Prep, CCM Case Manager Prep, and other on-demand courses)
Due to the instant access provided to digital content:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
To qualify, you must have accessed less than 10% of the course content.
Refunds will not be issued after 7 days or once 10% or more of the content has been accessed.
No refunds will be issued after course completion.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Live Cohorts & Instructor-Led Programs
(Including live board prep intensives and structured tracks such as the NP Entrepreneur Track)
A full refund may be requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided the program has not yet started.
If cancellation occurs prior to the first live session, a refund may be issued.
Once the first live session has occurred, refunds are not available.
Mentorship Programs
(Because mentorship includes reserved time and personalized support)
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the first scheduled session may receive a full refund.
After the first mentorship session has taken place, refunds will not be issued.
Missed sessions without at least 24-hour notice are non-refundable.
Program Satisfaction
We stand behind the quality of our education and mentorship. While refunds are limited due to the nature of digital content, we are committed to working with participants in good faith when reasonable concerns arise.
Policy Updates
The Collective NP Academy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to all purchases made after the effective date.
